• Get a Quote: your name, email, company, phone number, city/state, and details about your RO plant and requirement.
• Request Service: your name, phone, email, company/plant, city/state, device serial number, and a description of your request.
• Email updates: your email address.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, handle service requests, and, if you signed up, send you Qik email updates. We use it for nothing else.

Services that help us run this site

• Hosting (Cloudflare). This website is hosted on Cloudflare. As with most hosting services, Cloudflare may collect technical data about how visitors interact with the site and send crash or error reports, for example your IP address, browser type and pages requested. This is handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy, and we do not control it.
• Form delivery (Web3Forms). When you submit a form, the details you entered are passed through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, so they can reach us by email.
• Fonts (Google Fonts). The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font file from Google.

Deleting your data

If you ask us to delete the information you have given us, we will remove it. Please make the request through our support form, and include the email address you used so we can find your details.
